The Waveney Community Forum was set up in 2000 by local charities and community groups who recognised the need for an umbrella organisation to represent the interests of the voluntary sector in Waveney.  They help community groups by offering one to one support. and provide funding information and advice. 

Services:

• Representation: Enabling and encouraging representation of the Voluntary Sector
• Development: Developing new voluntary and community services in response to changing needs
• Services: Support and services for local voluntary and community groups
• Strategic Partnership: Working with the statutory sector to make Waveney a better place to live
• Liaison: Encouraging networking between members of the Voluntary Sector to share good practice
